Welcome to Kiansha Ayurveda. 3. Orders and Pricing

  • All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability of stock.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of product.
  • Prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of order confirmation will apply.
  • In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, if payment was already made.

4. Payments

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways integrated with our Shopify store.
  • We do not store your complete card, UPI, or net-banking details.
  • If Cash on Delivery (COD) is offered, applicable charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
  • You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines shown at checkout; however, delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.
  • Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged, defective, or incorrect deliveries.

6. Returns and Refunds

All returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our Site, which forms part of these Terms.
